All warranties including defects, damages, buyers remorse, refusals, and cancelations are to be handled directly with the Linon by the customer. Linon charges restocking fees and has a strict policy for handling issues that must be followed. eBedding4You does not warranty or handle any of the above mentioned issues, the customer works directly with Linon.
If a return is completed by the customer eBedding4You will refund the Full Order amount minus the 20% restocking fee that Linon charges minus the original shipping fees eBedding4You paid on the customers behalf on the original order and shipment. This refund will be issued once eBedding4You is notified by Linon that the return has satisfied their requirements. A period of 2-4 weeks is required for eBedding4You to process the refund.
