Delivery times can vary for each product based on the delivery location and the size of the product.  Due to the size of some products, ground shipping may be the only shipping method available.

 

How is my total delivery time determined?
The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the Total Delivery Time is broken down into pre-ship processing time and shipping time.

 

 

Pre-Ship Processing Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.

 

Shipping time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. Call or email eBedding4You to obtain an authorization for return. Once an authorization number has been issued, the customer has seven (7) calendar days to ship the item(s).  The seven day period is verified through the date issued on the tracking number/shipping receipt.  The customer must email the tracking number to eBedding4You.

 

 

Special Orders, most Custom Orders, Import Orders, Closeout, Dated, Seasonal & Holiday, and loose Fabric items may not be returned. The customer will be responsible for returning all merchandise at their cost. All returns must be insured for the value of the item and packed appropriately to ensure no damage. When merchandise is received, we will inspect it for any damages during return shipping. After the inspection, the customer will be credited or refunded for the merchandise that is returned in its original condition. All returned orders will be issued a credit for the return minus the original shipping charges incurred by us. 

 
 

If a shipment arrives damaged, keep all packing materials and original boxes. Please contact us within 48 hours at customerservice@ebedding4you.com or 888-720-3797 for instructions. We will file the claim for you and immediately process a full refund or replacement. No returns will be accepted without authorization. There are no exceptions to this policy.
