Late Delivery, time frame for refunds and exchanges

I didn't get the merchandise when promised. It was delivered very late 11 days after I ordered it. It was delivered after I left for vacation and now they don't want to give me an exchange for the items. Not happy with how you have to communicate or their time frame to return or exchange merchandise.

The pilling of the top sheet was awful…

The pilling of the top sheet was awful after first washing. The estimated date of delivery continued to be delayed and the site did not offer a way to track the package.

I had ordered Valances on Amazon and…

I had ordered Valances on Amazon and realized I had not ordered enough. Went to order more and the were out of stock indefinitely! eBedding saved the day!! They had exactly what I needed and plenty in stock! Thank you for saving the day!

Do not expect customer service

I have received a flawed lamp. I have emailed 4 times and no response. I have tried to call and the automated message says to email for contact then it hangs up on you. Really disappointed because the lamp is beautiful other than the flaw. I would recommend thinking twice about purchasing from this store. Customer service is really important. I have 3 friends that were going to buy this lamp but changed their minds when they realized how frustrating this transaction has been. It's really too bad.

Handling a defective item return 4 months after your purchase is difficult with our suppliers, but we were willing to make the effort for you. The order was placed on 09/01/2023, order shipped on 09/05/0203, and you received the lamp on 09/13/2023. We received the first email from you indicating damage to the lamp on 01/12/2024. We promptly responded to that email, however, when responding to your emails, we never received responses back. We’re not sure if email deliverability was an issue here, but we did make a real effort to work with you on this. Quick and timely communication is something we strive to achieve - we’re sorry you were not receiving our messages, but we need your help to get these issues resolved.

Curtain panel

The item I wanted was a curtain panel. I had ordered everything I needed on Wayfair.com. wayfair has been out of stock on one panel that I needed. I googled the exact panel and ebedding popped up under shopping. The company was EASY to find and it's the exact brand and color panel I needed. Shipping was less than a week AND it was way cheaper than any other site had, even Wayfair. Kohls had the same product bit wanted $60 more for the same item!! They kept me updated with every move my order made!
Highly recommend!!

Horrible Customer Service

I ordered stools from this company, which truthfully were great quality. My issue stems from the return process. I shipped these stools back as they were no longer needed, and here it is 3-4 months later and I still don't have a refund. The only way to contact the company is through email, and they are not very responsive.

Beautiful comforter

I was apprehensive at first because I had never ordered through this company but decided to take a chance because the price on this comforter was great plus free shipping and no sales tax. Comforter arrived in less than a week and I am very happy with it I will not hesitate to order again. I believe you have to pay for returns so make sure you order correctly.

Best towels we’ve had in years!

We really love the weight, softness and absorbency of these towels. Most of the newer towels we’ve tried are just too lightweight. These are substantial and yet dry quickly and absorb really well. The serve ice was outstanding, we had the towels within a few days of ordering. This was my 1st experience with eBedding4you, but won’t be my last!

Quality & Service

I called the company directly when I couldn’t locate anyone with the heated Sherpa mattress pad in stock. I was just asking if they were going to resume manufacturing the product only to be told they could ship one out!! It is lofty, cuddly & the 5 levels of heat are perfect!

Excellent purchase

This comforter set was ordered to replace an identical set purchased at a high end retail store, but I needed in a larger size. It is the same quality, but at an unbelievably low price. Everything shipped quickly, just as advertised and well packed. I am so pleased that I am already shopping for other items for my home.

Searched all over for this comforter…

Searched all over for this comforter set, could only find king size but needed queen. So happy I stumbled on this website. Have received the Beautyrest Vail 10 piece bed in bag and will put on bed after finished repainting guest room. The colors are just what I wanted and will match with our sea foam paint color perfectly. Shipping was quick and item received in timely manner.

Have been totally satisfied from…

Have been totally satisfied from ordering to delivery. H ave used it in our motorhome on very cold nights it is working superbly. Thinking of another purchase for the house. My wife simply loves it. This electric mattress cover is the best one that we have purchased.

Great product

I do not often write reviews, but when a product exceeds expectations I think it is important to share with others. I have bought many different brand mattress warmers over the years after following reviews and have to say this one bar far is the best one I have had. Warms up quickly with many settings and it is incredibly plush so that I do not feel the wires at all (did with all the previous ones.) The only recommendation I would have would be to make the control cords a little longer as it comes just a little short back up to the top of the bed. I highly recommend this mattress warmer!

Purchased Roman shade

Purchased Roman shade. Didn't put it up as waiting for its match from a different creditor. It was boxed well and wrapped in plastic so no reason to suspect an issue. Upon hanging there were several what appeared like oil spots and stains in several places. Tried to remove them but couldn't remove all stains. As after 14 days must deal with manufacturer. I did not purchase them from the manufacturer but eBedding. Will see how it goes.

Recently I have decided to acquire new mattress because my old own looked awful, moreover it always bent under my weight and this fact caused plenty of issues with my back. So, I started to search for various stores where I could buy a new mattress. One of these stores was this one, ebeddingforyou. In my opinion, I made a right choice that I have picked this one for buying a mattres, because it really keeps plenty of good mattresses. The customer support seemed to me reliable and they sent me a new mattress. It came without any defects and I'm really delighted by this fact.

My comforter set (Madison Park Aubrey…

My comforter set (Madison Park Aubrey in Navy) was delivered in a timely manner. When I took it out of the box, I was impressed with the quality of items and how it looked on my bed. I finished painting my bedroom this past week (three walls gray and one wall Indigo Blue), and I love how my bedroom looks. My set did not come with the pillowcases, and eBedding4you will be sending them to me once they get them from the manufacturer.

This company is the best, their beddings are top notch and quality. I purchased the wrong item and customer service made sure the issue was taken care of the best way possible.
