Delivery Times

Delivery times can vary for each product based on the delivery location and the size of the product.  Due to the size of some products, ground shipping may be the only shipping method available.

Delivery Methods

We will use a combination of shipping carriers to ensure the safest, quickest delivery of your items with online package tracking. Most standard shipping is completed using UPS or FedEx. Large item orders like some furniture pieces may require a freight carrier which can add a few days to your delivery.

How is my delivery time determined?

The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. 

Pre-Ship Processing Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.

Shipping time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office.

Shipments outside the Continental United States

eBedding4You is committed to customer service and satisfaction.  In an effort to provide excellent customer service, we ship outside the Contiguous United States.  This includes:  Alaska and Hawaii. A flat shipping charge of $100.00 will apply to ALL orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping to Canada is dependent on the brand as each manufacturer has specific shipping restrictions. If you have a need to ship to Canada, simply send us an email with the product(s) you are looking at and we'll let you know if we can get them to Canada. All accepted Canada shipments have a flat shipping charge of $75.00.

Return Policy

eBedding4You honors a 14-Day No-Hassle Return Guarantee.  Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return authorization for the item(s) within 14 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused, unwashed, and resalable condition inside its original packaging.

Email Info@eBedding4You.com to obtain an authorization for return.

Once a return authorization number has been issued, you have fourteen (14) calendar days to return ship your item(s) at your expense.  The customer must email the tracking number to Info@eBedding4You.com.

Special Orders, most Custom Orders, Import Orders, Closeout, Clearance Items, Overstocks, Hot Deals, and loose Fabric items may not be returned.

The customer will be responsible for returning all merchandise at their cost. All returns must be insured for the value of the item and packed appropriately to ensure no damage. When merchandise is received, we will inspect it for any damages during return shipping and for condition of the item(s). After the inspection, the customer will be refunded for the merchandise that is returned in its original condition minus a 20% restocking fee.  Expedited shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded. eBedding4You reserves the right to assess a restocking fee and/or refuse the return if the above return policy is not followed (this includes returns outside of the 14 day return window).

eBedding4You purchases will be credited to the payment type used for the purchase, unless you indicate otherwise. While in most cases, return credits appear on your account within 24-72 hours, it may take up to 14 business days for the credit to post on your account. If the return credit was processed to your bank card it can take up to 30 business days for the credit to appear from your bank. Credit time frames can vary based on bank processing times.

Refused Orders

If you refuse an order that has been shipped to you a standard 50% restocking fee will be assessed.  All return orders must follow the return policy. A delivery refusal may also result in the loss of your product and may void any possibility of a refund. You may also be charged for roundtrip shipping costs.

Damaged, Missing, Incorrect Items

If a shipment arrives damaged, missing items, or is the incorrect item(s), keep all packing materials and original boxes. Please contact us within 48 hours at info@ebedding4you.com for instructions. We will file the claim for you and immediately. No returns will be accepted without authorization. There are no exceptions to this policy. The manufacturer will require picture(s) of damaged or incorrect items received.

Can I Cancel My Order After I've Placed It?

After placing your order, you have 3 hours to request a cancellation. After this period, your order will enter the "Order received and processing" phase in which it is turned over to the manufacturer where it will begin the fulfillment process. Once in the "Order received and processing" phase, you will receive an email notification and it will be too late to cancel. If your item is on back-order, there may still be a chance to cancel the order - please submit your cancellation request ASAP to info@ebedding4you.com or use the Contact Form. Cancellation requests made after the 3 hour window will require a request to the manufacturer to determine if the order can still be canceled. You will receive an email acknowledging your cancellation request followed by another email either confirming the cancellation or stating that we were unable to cancel. Please allow up to 72 hours for confirmation of cancellation. Once an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. If you would like to return the item, you will need to follow the "Return Policy." Do not refuse the delivery of non-damaged goods as this will result in up to a 50% restocking fee. A delivery refusal may also result in the loss of your product and may void any possibility of a refund. You may also be charged for roundtrip shipping costs.
