The mattress topper I received was not the advertised 4-in, but rather a 3-in that was shipped in a box labeled as 4-in. I am unsure if this was a mistake or if the product was never actually 4-in. The company also offers a 3-in option, but I did not receive what I ordered and returning it is not as simple as suggested by Amazon.
