The seller responded and advised me to check inside the couch for the missing pieces, which were indeed there along with the instructions. It would be helpful if the instructions were placed in a more noticeable spot for future buyers. Initially, I was concerned about missing parts for the cup holders and pillows, but they were actually inside the futon with the instructions. It’s important to check the measurements before purchasing as it sits low to the ground and may be smaller than expected. While the pillows are not attached and it’s not as large as depicted in the picture, it’s the perfect size for my Great Dane to use as a bed when laid out flat.
