Despite some negative reviews about damage and customer support, I received this product promptly and although there was a small hole in the box and a corner was slightly damaged, the FedEx driver was extremely helpful and even offered to pick it up if there were any issues. After opening it, I was pleased to find that it was in perfect condition and exceeded my expectations in terms of appearance and ease of assembly. The only minor issue I encountered was the sliding of the buttons on the legs on my laminate floor, but this was easily solved with some inexpensive rubber pads. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it.
