While the blanket is nice overall, I was disappointed by the excessive amount of lint and particles that came out when I first opened it. Despite washing and drying it separately, the lint tray was still filled with yellow fluff, causing me to cough and sneeze whenever I use the blanket.

I was searching for a tightly woven cotton blanket similar to the ones in hospitals, but couldn’t find an exact match. I ended up purchasing two different ones, but neither had the desired close weave. Out of the two, the Eddie Bauer Herringbone was the closest in weave, with the other being the Madison Park Basketweave.
