A 3.0 double-layer ruffle, in plain sheeting fabric, dresses up the valance 3.0 from the top (under the stitching for the rod pocket) and another double ruffle adorns the bottom 3.0 of the curtain, bringing dimension and a flirty, feminine appeal. Two plain white fabric ties are sewn vertically to the top half of the valance, on the front and back, creating the look of an adjustable Roman Shade. The extra fabric of the ties can then be tied into bows at the bottom of the valance. Fabric loops and a rod pocket provide different display options.
