I had an issue with one of the controllers on this product that I ordered on 4/13/22, but the Customer Service team was amazing and is sending me a replacement today (9/5/23). I purchased this pad for the anticipated cold weather in early 2022 and paired it with a comfortable memory foam mattress from Serta. However, the wires in the pad are noticeable and can be uncomfortable, especially with the bulky control box connector located in the center of the pad. This can be a nuisance for both side and back sleepers.
