I recently purchased a dohar from FabIndia in India and it is incredibly soft, made of three layers of thin muslin cloth. It’s perfect for summer as a throw or light blanket, and also works well as a second layer in the fall. Although I initially searched for a king-sized dohar, I ended up ordering this blanket because it has a similar construction, with two slightly thicker layers and a looser weave.
