I appreciate the quality and softness of these pillow shams, but was disappointed by the lack of a zipper and the difficulty in fitting a large pillow into the flip pocket. However, once the pillow was in place, the shams looked great and helped smooth out wrinkles from washing. I hope future versions will be more user-friendly.
