Despite the initial strong smell of burnt plastic when I opened the blanket, it was easily remedied by washing and drying it. Overall, my husband and I are very happy with this beautiful and comfortable blanket.

After researching reviews, it seems that unpleasant smells, stains, rough fabric, and poor durability are common issues. I returned the set with disappointment and frustration.
