As someone with eczema and allergies to dust mites, I have to wash my bedding twice a week, but this comforter is easy to wash and maintains its softness and fluffiness even after multiple washes. The material is gentle on sensitive skin and comparable to high thread count Egyptian cotton, but it’s also machine washable and reasonably priced. I would definitely repurchase in a different color or after many years of use.
