I received 12 stair treads, one of which was a different color, but I decided to keep it. However, when I ordered a replacement, I received 4 treads that were larger and did not fit as well as the others. Despite this, I appreciate the color and material of the jute rug treads, but due to receiving them in separate packages and waiting almost 3 weeks to open them, I did not return them for replacements.
