I found success with these care instructions for the Twin size product: after receiving it, I put it in the dryer with 3 Ever Spring 100% New Zealand Wool Dryer Balls from Target on a no heat setting, and it fluffed up nicely. For washing, I used liquid Woolite on a light, delicate, cold setting and dried it for 47 minutes on low heat with the dryer balls.
