I purchased a Sunbeam full size warmer a few months back and although it heated effectively, it felt weak and the wires were noticeable. This led me to search for a replacement and after comparing various options on Amazon, I settled on this one.

I am extremely disappointed with this product as it has not lived up to its advertised features. After receiving a replacement, we have had to constantly reset the warmer by unplugging and plugging it back in, which is a major inconvenience for someone with physical limitations. The controllers also do not work properly, with the bed becoming cold after a few hours and the only way to reset them is by unplugging both sides. Overall, I do not recommend this product and am disappointed in the quality of a supposedly reputable brand.
